Founded in 2005, Hannan Customs fabricates Chopper bicycles with motorcycle flair. Each bike is handcrafted to your exact specifications. Anything is possible, seats, springer forks, headlight, we can even cut your own logo in the wheel, your imagination is the only limit.

The stainless steel frames are welded by hand and all the parts are custom crafted by us. Even the back wheel is designed and fabricated by Hannan Customs to make sure that it performs for this specific application. Everything on these bikes has been engineered to make sure that they not only look great, but that they are a functional human powered vehicle. A typical Hannan Chopper weighs in at only 90 pounds, despite the fact that it's 9 feet long. Now you can be cool and be environmentally friendly at the same time.

These Choppers open endless possibilities where conventional motorcycle cannot ride. These bikes can also be used to promote you or your business. Even though they are made to be ridden, you will never go unnoticed on one of our Choppers.

HANNAN CHOPPERS ON ESPN NFL COMMERCIAL

Last spring we were invited to show off the Choppers for an ESPN NFL commercial. An entire day of shooting for a mere 30 second commercial. But all and all it was a lot of fun and the result is pretty cool.

Hannan Customs was busy all summer with rides and shows. We went to the Bike Build Off in Niagara, did some riding in Hamilton, stopped crowds dead in their tracks on the streets of Montreal during the visit of both FI racing and NASCAR. We also took the time to just ride and cruise in the streets. We even took the kids out in the trailer for a 23 km bike ride. We were also invited to show the Choppers at the television morning show "Salut Bonjour" here in Montreal. Check out the images by clicking on them for the full size.

Every time we go to a show or ride the Choppers on the streets, ladies want their picture taken on our bikes. Enjoy these images by clicking on them for a full size view. To answer your questions about the last picture, yes that is Kat Von D with our Chopper and no those are not the Hilton sisters straddling our rides. They just look a lot like them. :)
